About
An independent observer of the agent economy.
The Agentic Observer exists because the agent market is producing claims faster than it is producing evidence—and the people who must buy, deploy and govern these systems deserve better than enthusiasm.
Why we exist
Between the hype and the audit.
Most coverage of AI agents is either promotional or dismissive. Neither helps a leader decide whether to give a software system access to customers, money and decisions.
We take a third position: patient, evidence-led observation. We describe what companies claim, what can be verified, what remains untested and what the surrounding infrastructure still cannot do.
Our readers are business and technology leaders, buyers and operators, founders and builders, investors and advisers—people whose decisions have consequences.
Our standards
Four commitments to the reader.
We are independent
No company pays for coverage, inclusion, ranking or a favourable conclusion. Any commercial relationship is disclosed on the page it affects.
We label our evidence
Verified, supported, vendor claim or unknown. Readers should never have to guess how much weight a statement deserves.
We prefer the harder question
Not whether an agent is impressive, but whether it completes work, under what conditions it fails and who is accountable when it does.
We correct in public
Errors are corrected on the page, with a note recording what changed and when.
Work with the research
Contribute evidence, not marketing.
Submit a company, share a deployment or tell us the decision you are trying to make. Every submission is researched independently.
